The following are the documents/information that can be requested by stakeholders from Operating Units but are subjected to management discretion.
1.1 Environmental Information
· Plans, impact assessments and documents relating to environmental, such as
o Soil and water conservation
o Riparian zone management
o HCV
o Waste management
o Water Management
o Pollution Prevention.
1.2 Social Information
· Plans, impact assessments and documents relating to social, such as
o Social impact and improvement
o OSH
o Method of consultation and communication
o Details of complaints and grievances.
o Negotiation procedures.
o Records on contributions and donations to local communities
o Joint Consultative Committee and Gender Committee’s meeting minutes
1.3 Legal Information
· Copy of documents such as: -
o All licenses and permits
o Land rights, Estate map and boundary
1.4 Others Information
· Copy of documents such as: -
o Continual Improvement plans
o Public summary of certification assessment report.
o Other polices which not available on Web.
