'Best Palm Oil Mill With Environmental Compliance' & 'Success Story On Mill Upgrading' Award

It was a pleasant surprise for a 30 years old, Carotino Palm Oil Mill to be awarded the 'BEST PALM OIL MILL WITH ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE' and 'SUCCESS STORY ON MILL UPGRADING' overall in the State of Pahang, Malaysia for the year 2010. The Awards were presented by The Department of Environment Pahang, Malaysia to recognize the outstanding performance on our mill's upgrading works and contributions to protecting and enhancing Pahang state's environment.

The awards ceremony was held at Zenith Hotel, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia on 23/04/2011 and attended by managers and assistant managers from about 70 palm oil mills in the state of Pahang, Malaysia. We are proud to mention that Carotino Palm Oil Mill is the only mill presented with the award in 2010.

As a responsible RSPO certified palm oil mill, we will continue to develop all aspects of our mill in pursuit of our objectives of social, economic and environmental improvement.
